Did you make anything with Easter leftovers??? We have some ham left so I am looking for a good ham casserole....oh, and although it is a bit hot out... there is always bean soup to be made with the ham bone!

we make ham and cheese noodle casserole and i love it. kind of like home made mac and cheese with ham. we use the loeftover ham, and then freeze it. yummy!!!!!
