Simple Vanilla Cupcakes (makes 24)

2 cups of sugar
1 cup of butter
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
3 ½ tsp baking powder
1 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350. Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add to butter mixture. Mix well. Stir in milk until smooth. Bake 20-25 minutes.

Vanilla Frosting

4 cups confectioner’s sugar
4 Tbsp butter (softened)
4 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
