We are defn into the "paper" pregnancy stage now. I actually just got back from getting my TB test. We have been very busy with paperwork, appointments, taking an online adoption class and then throw in everyday stuff and of course work and things have gotten a bit hectic.
The NC Fair is going on this week so we are going to venture over to it with Emily tomorrow night. And this weekend we are out of town for my cousin's wedding. We are in for quite a wild ride the next couple of weeks!
Here is a great Pumpkin Dip recipe....
Pumpkin Dip
8oz of cream cheese (softened)
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin
1tsp vanilla
1tsp cinnamon
½ tsp ginger
¼ tsp nutmeg
Beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate.
I hope you enjoy it. I serve it with the braided oat pretzels from Rold Gold.
