We visited Granny this past weekend for the 3 day holiday. We always have a great time with Granny even if we are just watching tv or sharing stories. Our stomachs are always full and our hearts are always happy. Baby Gurl almost enjoys the trip as much as we do...but by the time we get home she is exhausted.
We did venture out on Saturday night to listen to the Danville Symphony Orchestra as well as watch some fireworks:
Be on the look out: There are some more shots of the fireworks just don't have them all on the computer yet....also Rob found a baby bird on Friday and the pics of it are adorable. Its momma actually came and fed it a worm! Also, we celebrated my dad's birthday last night and it was a very memorable occasion. The Dinner menu consisted of BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, pineapple and watermelon, and some shoo fly pie.....OH MY!
