Monday evening we got together with my dad and brother for some Canes hockey. Unfortunately, the Canes did not win but we did enjoy the company and the food!
Last night we had a Shrimp and Crab Boil for my birthday. What a wonderful surprise dinner idea from Rob:-) We had some family over and watched the canes lose again. Pics will follow later.
We are going to Carolina Beach for the long weekend. I am excited. We will meet up with my dad and younger brother who are down there now. We are planning on checking out Fort Fisher, going to the Wilmington Farmer's market, relaxing on the beach, and catching up on some sleep.
We hope everyone has a safe and happy Memorial Day weekend! And keep those in mind who have fallen family members who have served our country.
