We are leaving on Friday morning for a weekend getaway to Hanging Rock,which is where we got engaged last Groundhog's Day.
Last time we went for a day trip, but this time we have rented a cabin for Friday and Saturday night. I am so excited and looking forward to it. I am going to make some turkey chili and stuffed shells for dinner and it is going to be nice to escape from computers, cell phones, and tvs for at least a little while. Focusing on "Be Still" Psalms 4:4 We will be listening to heavenly silence.
The only thing that will be missing this year is Baby Gurl... since no doggies are allowed in the cabins. But she will not be far from our thoughts!

What a great day to have gotten engaged on! Ground Hog's day is also my birthday. :-) I hope you guys have great time!
Where is Hanging Rock located? It reminds me of my college years in eastern TN. I loved the peace and quiet and beauty of hiking the TN hills!
I am so jealous! I have been wanting to go back for so long now. Take lots of pictures. :) Ground Hog's day is our anniversary! Too funny!
